Plan A 
Aggressive property search, property showings, evaluations, direct mailings to neighborhoods of interest, detailed property histories. Client-agent meetings can be in person and services are available seven days a week.  



Plan B 
For those who prefer to participate in their own property search, or to reduce closing costs, Plan B offers a commission rebate.

Input your property search parameters into our Email Listing Alert program prompting a return email of all listings matching their criteria. As new properties hit the market, within the specified search parameters, computer generated emails will be sent including photos, information and directions for each property. Search parameters can be changed at any time and your Fox Associate can be copied.

For listings of interest, drive-by (if possible) and view each property from the street before asking for a private showing. During this process, you can narrow the  property search, get a better feel for locations, and gain more knowledge about the current market.

After choosing your Fox associate and discussion of your desired property, a commission rebate agreement is drafted for your review.



Plan C
For Buyers who have already selected a property and need the proper documents to complete escrow, or for family sales and "For Sale By Owners", Plan Three may be a solution.

For properties offering a commission, a commission rebate agreement will be drafted upon associate review of sale. If no commission is being offered, Flat Fee rates are offered.  This includes drafting of a purchase contract, disclosures, and guidance through escrow.
