After ten years of real estate investments, development and client representation, husband/wife team Glenn and Therese Mendell founded Fox Real Estate in 1995. The company goal was to offer experienced real estate representation while utilizing the Internet and other efficiencies to help clients save time and money.
Traditional representation, client-assistance and flat-fee consulting was offered versus the typical "one size fits all" plan used by traditional brokers. The "client-friendly" assistance also included listing agreements with 48 hr cancellation clauses and commission rebates on purchases.
Today, Glenn, Therese and Fox Real Estate's growing number of Realtors have successfully handled over one thousand local real estate transactions. They are members of the Chamber of Commerce, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Better Business Bureau which has awarded the company twelve consecutive years for having zero customer complaints.
