When Glenn’s father, a school teacher, bought his first home, that modest purchase became the foundation for something much bigger. Combined with thoughtful improvements and guidance from a trusted Realtor, over time, Glenn’s father built a portfolio of rental homes that created enough real estate wealth to retire at just 45 years old.
Watching this journey unfold inspired Glenn early on. Just two years out of college, he purchased a fixer-upper through a creative seller-financed opportunity. Glenn and his wife, Therese, lived modestly, managed apartments, renovated homes themselves, and gradually reinvested profits into additional properties. What began with one rundown rental became a lifelong passion for buying wisely, improving with purpose, and helping others do the same.
